Description

As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be first point of call for members handling a wide range of enquiries and processing claims from start to finish.

You will undertaking a variety of duties such as booking doctors appointments, giving updates to members and providing full support regarding the insurance services they have in place.

The role could be dealing with members that are going through difficulty are are vulnerable we are looking for empathetic and supportive individuals with a high level of care and support to provide a first call resolution and a great experience.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail, hospitality and the care industry!

A confident telephone manner

Supportive and passionate about the customer journey

Able to juggle different tasks and work in a busy environment

Caring and empathetic

A good team player
