You will join an established procurement team where you can learn and develop your procurement skills.

Flexible working with a central London Head Office (2-3 days pw)

Description

Oversee and manage the procurement of all meat procurement (protein, poultry, beef, pork)
Establish and maintain long terms relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers. £20m spend.
Work closely with NPD, Chef and Marketing regarding menu development plans.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.Profile

A successful Purchasing Manager should have:

A procurement track record within the hospitality or food industry
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
