Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for the next step up in your career?

We are looking to recruit a HR Manager to work for our well established and market leading client based in Hinckley.

In this role you will be managing, supporting and mentoring a team of 10 HR professionals.

The ideal candidate will be a people focussed, data driven leader, CIPD qualified with thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment.

Responsibilities for this HR Manager role:

* To mentor and monitor HR professional ensuring they provide commercially focused, quality advice and documentation to clients

* Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements to create their HR/employment documentation or to critique the clients own documentation to meet their needs

* Ensure client complaints relating to departmental issues are dealt with appropriately and within the SLA’s

* Lead in the recruitment of new HR and other staff arranging and being the main trainer during induction training.

* Identify and lead training where required ensuring that all office staff are included where appropriate and ensure compliance with current legislation.

* Undertake daily meetings with your team and attend required management meetings

* Undertaking interim and end of probationary reviews with new staff as required and in a timely manner.

Person specification for this HR Manager:

* Thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment law

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Confident and diplomatic when facing clients and on the phone

* Ability to work under pressure

* Ability to deliver group training

* Ability to mentor and motivate

* Willingness to travel and overnight stays

This is a full-time permanent HR Manager position, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!
