We are currently seeking an Electrician to join a well-established team, covering care homes, supported living, and independent living properties across Birmingham postcodes. This role is perfect for someone looking for job security, steady hours, and a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Providing electrical work to tenants living in independent, supported living and care homes across Birmingham
Carrying out periodic testing (EICRs), reactive maintenance and remedial work
Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, carrying out electrical upgrades, emergency light testing
Ensuring health and safety
Utilising a tablet to receive and complete jobs

Requirements of the Electrician:

Electrical experience in residential or social housing settings
Comfortable in a customer-facing role, working with elderly residents
NVQ level 3
