* Proven business development experience.

* Maritime

* Contracts recruitment

Key Requirements:

* 360 recruitment experience: Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

* A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

* A results-driven mindset and hunger for success.

* Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Billericay HQ.
