Chapman Tate Associates are currently looking for an ambitious and technically skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join a leading IT solutions provider based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and client relationships, helping businesses leverage the power of cloud and infrastructure solutions.

What You’ll Do:

* Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions using Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Azure, etc.).

* Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of our services and solutions.

* Assist in the preparation of proposals, including detailed infrastructure designs and implementation strategies.

* Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and technical departments.

* Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud and infrastructure technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

What You’ll Bring:

* Proven experience in a Pre-Sales or similar client-facing technical role.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and general infrastructure solutions.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.

* Experience in designing and architecting cloud-based solutions is a plus.

* A passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
