Job Description:

* Providing administration support to a team of 6.

* Scheduling internal and external meetings / Teams calls.

* Drafting agendas, minutes and managing follow-up actions.

* Managing the team mailbox and coordinating tasks.

* Distribution of documents to external parties.

* Preparing training manuals.

* Diary management and system updates.

* Maintaining files and systems.

* Recording project updates, keeping an overview of resources and timelines.

* Providing reports for stakeholders.

* Managing product library.

* Complete daily/weekly/annual tasks.

Person Specification:

* Good level of education.

* Around 2 years’ experience in an office environment.

* Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Comfortable liaising with senior staff.

* Must be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* High attention to detail.

* Hardworking and adaptable.
