We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious family run manufacturing and production company in Marshland St James, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Filling & Packing Supervisor to start in April.

This is a permanent role.

Competitive salary offered depending on skills and experience.

Hours will be 4 on 4 off - 6am – 6pm

Duties will include:

Managing the team on the bottle and jar filling line, labelling, and packing line, with technical support and training.

Ensure achievement of production KPI targets.

Adhering to health and safety policies

Always keeping work areas clean and tidy

Quality checking

Requirements for the role:

Previous experience of running a production line.

Previous supervisory experience in a food or manufacturing or production environment.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Good IT skills

Good attention to detail

Good problem-solving skills.

Reliable and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work as part of a team however, equally capable of using own initiative.

Excellent organisational skills
