KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a NPD Manager to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Macclesfield.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for driving process improvements and developing training programs

What’s on offer?

* £50,000 per year

* Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm / Friday 8:30am – 1:00pm

* 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)

* Christmas shutdown

What will you be doing as a NPD Manager?

* Managing and supporting the Process Development and Production Training Teams

* Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, ensuring cost, quality, and technical standards are met

* Delivering training programs for new recruits and developing the skills of the existing workforce

* Collaborating with the NPI team to support new product launches and evaluate performance

* Ensuring smooth transitions from development to production with effective tooling, processes, and documentation

What do you need?

* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within aerospace

* Strong background in training and development

* Effective communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams

* Familiarity with modern training methods and continuous improvement initiatives
