Mechanical Process Engineer is needed to work in our Engineering & Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving industrial processes and implementing innovative solutions.

Description

All aspects of this role must utilise the TPM methodologies
Identifying through data collection and analysis areas within the process to improve safety, quality and productivity.
Applying experience and knowledge in continuous improvement and engineering to eliminate losses. * Creating a sustainable solution to prevent reoccurrence of losses.
Coaching, training and education of all appropriate employees to enable the solutions to be embedded into the process.
Leading and managing projects for the Production Department.
Utilising the resources on site for the successful of all projects.
Communicating with the teams/site on project status.
Coach and upskill the process knowledge and capabilities of the Shift Leaders and their teams, in line with loss elimination data.
Actively promotes and creates a culture of effective cross-functional team work to improve plant performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsible for leading and organising production downtime planning process with appropriate teams.
Actively monitors and analysis data and root cause to ensure KPI's are maintained to the agreed levels. Profile

A successful Mechanical Process Engineer should have:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and team-working skills
Proficiency in using engineering software
