We are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer with previous experience in Building Service Maintenance. This is a permanent position, providing maintenance services between two sites in the Hyde Park area.

The right candidate must be knowledgeable of all M&E, organised and must work with a structured approach while showing perserverence and willingness to get the job done to the highest standard.

Some of the Mechanical Services provided,which the successful candidate must be experienced in, include:

* HVAC Validations

* LTHW Installations

* Chilled Water Services

* Thermal Insulation Installation

* Air Conditioning (VRF / DX Systems)

* Water Treatment

* Ventilation Systems

* BMS Control Systems

* Sprinkler Systems

* Leak Detection Systems

* Environmental/BREEAM Assessment
