Mechanical Technician – Aviation Maintenance

A leading aviation maintenance provider is seeking Mechanical Technicians to join its team, working under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers on some of the most advanced helicopters in the world.

The Role

As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rotorcraft through:

Replacement and installation of mechanical and electrical components in line with maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
Supporting licensed engineers and technicians with inspections and repairs.
Collaborating with engineers, fitters, and maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.

Career Development – Fitter to Licence Programme

For those looking to transition into aircraft engineering, a structured Fitter to Licence programme is available:

A proportion of training modules, exams, and accommodation costs are covered.
The programme begins after a successful 6-month probationary period, during which candidates must personally fund three initial modules.
Remaining modules are fully funded, with a 3-year training bond covering the programme.
The bond remains in force for 2 years after qualification as a certifying engineer.
