Thorn Baker Fm have an exciting cover role for a temporary Assistant Facilities Manager in Farringdon 

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to cover holiday from the 16th September - 7th October 
We are ideally looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager that has worked in commercial buildings in a client facing environment 

You need to a good understanding of CAFM, BMS and working in a Facilities role 
We are looking for someone who has experience of a post room, courier companies, door access systems and ordering supplies.
You will be dealing with contractors coming to site, and reporting faults. You will be dealing with the building landlord's security, loading bay.
There will be some lifting of boxes both incoming and outgoing, although the day cleaner will deal with most of this.

Role Requirements:

Facilities Management experience
Hard services background.
Full UK driving licence.
Having excellent computer / IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
