An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful and dynamic food manufacturer renowned for its close collaboration with customers. They develop innovative and great-tasting product ranges which they supply to UK retail and other food manufacturers.

About the Technical Manager

The main purpose of your role will be to lead a dedicated team by helping them navigate through the demanding technical challenges of their customers and suppliers.

Key tasks

* Represent the company from a Technical point of view

* Facilitate site audits and trials

* Ensure specifications are accurate and up to date

* Aid in improving site Technical standards and procedures

About You

You will need good Technical management experience in food manufacturing together with:

* BRC knowledge and experience

* Experience of dealing with retail and/or B2B customers

* Good levels of both HACCP and Food Safety

* The ability to motivate and develop teams

The Technical Manager role is a fixed term contract of 6 to 9 months and is based in Berkshire. It is paying a very competitive pro rata salary and includes a great benefits package.

The working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday.
