Customer Service Advisor - Chelmsford Outskirts

Office experience not required, our client will consider candidates who have worked in Retail and Hospitality.

A well-established client of ours are adding to their Customer Service team on a temporary ongoing basis to begin ASAP.

Please note that you must drive and have your own transport due to company location.

Duties will include:

Answering incoming calls, assisting with customer queries and complaints should they arise
Placing and amending customer orders over the telephone
Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining accurate attention to detail
Responding to customer emails
Working well within a team environment Must have:

Must have previous customer service experience
Will need to drive due to company location
Must be available to begin ASAP and able to commit until the end of December 2024 Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours working 9am-5pm
£11.44 per hour, weekly pay
Office based position with free parking
