About the Role:
A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Hull. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of FM contracts, primarily with experience on healthcare or educational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of FM contracts
Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication channels
Monitor and control contract costs and financial performance
Implement and enforce quality assurance standards
Identify and address potential risks and issues
Lead and manage a team of FM professionals
Experience in PFI contracts is advantageousAbout You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or a related field
Significant experience in managing FM contracts
Strong understanding of PFI contracts
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and commercial acumen
