Bodyshop Advisor

Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a part time Bodyshop Advisor. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Advisor are as follows:

* Handling inbound calls to the Bodyshop

* Obtaining customers personal details, accident details, insurer details

* Booking in customers for repair

* Managing the courtesy car fleet

* Provide customers with repair updates and progress using information from bodyshop technicians

* Organising deliveries and collections

* Taking payments for insurance excess

To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Advisor role you must:

* Have a resilient attitude

* Previous experience within an automotive customer service role is essential

* Experience within a customer facing role (telephone or face to face) is essential

* Enjoy communicating with customers and solving any queries

Salary:

* £30k - £35k Basic

* Pension scheme

* Free parking
