Plant Parts Service Advisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 4.30pm)

In this role you’ll be speaking to customers, assisting them with their parts needs and helping to arrange work for the engineers, ensuring you had ordered the correct parts/oils along with machine attachments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Establishing all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate.
* Arranging work for engineers, getting parts ready for them and learning how to order machine attachments.
* Answering the phone and assisting with queries.
* Helping and assisting in all aspects of the warehouse.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers.
* Assisting in stock checks.
* Maintaining a strong working relationship manufacturers.
* Discussing relevant promotions and offers to customers.
* Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
Your Background & Skill:
* Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the trade.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work towards deadlines.
* Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
* Confident and professional.
