This beautiful Modern Restaurant near the picturesque town of Braintree has plenty of charm & character, is set in a picture perfect, Grade 2 Listed pub/restaurant and close to the Towns of Colchester, Great Dumnow and Sudbury. They require a Chef de Partie who is capable of producing high quality meals using fresh ingredients, under pressure. This restaurant creates a variety of traditional and modern dishes and has an a la carte menu, as well as offering chalkboard specials. They pride themselves on the high-quality food that the produce, and as Chef de Partie, you will be instrumental in helping to continue that.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

- Be confident in providing high quality food to large numbers
- Have a desire to improve and grow their cooking skills
- Be well-presented in their appearance and have excellent communication skills
- Be able to develop and help grow other members of staff
- Be confident in preparing quality fresh food

This would be the ideal role if you have previous Chef de Partie experience within a fast paced, fresh food environment.

Due to the location a car driver is preferable.

The restaurant is closed on Monday’s and Tuesday, so expect a consistent, structured rota.
