We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our client on a fixed-term contract for 15 weeks.
This role involves supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers.
Key Details:
Contract: Fixed-term, 15 weeks
Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Develop innovative talent attraction strategies
Source candidates proactively and manage third-party agency relationships
Oversee interview and selection processes
Deliver offers and support onboarding for a seamless candidate experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth organisation
