£35k with an OTE of £61k per annum

Salary Package:

* £35k basic salary

* £4.5k car allowance

* £7.5k OTE commission

* £11.5k annual bonus/profit share

* £2.5k budget incentive

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a high-performing sales team

* Conduct valuations and listings

* Drive business development and strategy

* Oversee client relations with outstanding service

* Report and analysis of results

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in residential estate agency - ideally 5 years.

* Strong leadership skills

* A track record of success within the industry

* Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-organised

* Full UK driving licence

* Will be an energetic team leader, who has a proven track record in a flagship office.

* Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
