Maintenance Engineer
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Permanent Position
Working pattern of Week 1 - 6am till 2pm, Week 2 - 10am till 6pm, Week 3 optional
Time served apprenticeship to HNC level or similar qualification in a related engineering field and experience within a similar role
Multi-skilled training with ideally an electrical bias
PLC fault finding and modifications experienceBased in Birmingham

Details for a Maintenance Engineer
Maintain and Improve availability targets for key performance equipment.
Reduce changeover times for adaptability and capacity to within agreed targets, to be individually agreed per WorkCentre (TBA)
Define and improve technical changeovers using lean techniques (i.e. SMED)
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities relating to Production, Engineering & Manufacturing
Ensure all tasks are completed to the correct product quality standards
Support Production with equipment modifications and new product introduction.Working hours of a Maintenance Engineer
37.5 hours per week
Based in Birmingham
£40k to £50k per annum depending on experience
