Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

About the Company:
Our client is a leading Engineered products manufacturer based in the North East of England. With over 50 years of experience in machining and assembling critical components and systems, they are a market leader in specialised products.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate technical quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
Coordinate receipt of internal and external documentation to meet customer quality requirements.
Produce accurate documentation packs electronically to support on-time delivery of customer products.
Review vendor documentation and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
Manage queries and provide timely resolutions to support customer needs.
Support customers and third-party inspectors both on-site and remotely.Requirements:

Previous experience in evaluating technical quality information.
Technical background, ideally with an understanding of engineering processes.
Highly organised and able to work independently.
Customer-focused with a right-first-time mentality.
Professional, confident, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.Benefits:
