Position: Ofsted Deputy Manager
Location: Acorn House, London, HA0
Salary: £18.14 per hour (40 hours) + Sleep-in’s paid at £70.50
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to support the daily operations of a 2-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home for young people. As the Deputy Manager, you will assist in overseeing the care and development of the young people in our care, working alongside a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home.
Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure high standards of care.
Assist in creating and implementing care plans for each young person.
Ensure all regulatory requirements and policies are adhered to.
Build positive relationships with young people, staff, and external professionals.
Work across a variable shift pattern to meet the needs of the home.
Key Requirements:

Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
A valid driving license is strongly preferred.
Ability to work on a flexible shift pattern across 7 days (no fixed pattern available).
