About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive secondary school in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering engaging and innovative lessons in Business Studies.

As a key member of the department, you will play a crucial role in fostering a dynamic learning environment, helping students to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for their future studies and careers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality Business lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

* Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to ensure progress in line with curriculum objectives.

* Inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for Business and achieve their full potential.

* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participation in extracurricular activities.

* Work collaboratively with the Business department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

* Provide pastoral support to students, ensuring their well-being and academic progress.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Specialism in Business Studies with experience teaching at secondary level (KS3-KS5).

* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Passion for teaching and a commitment to professional development.

* The ability to start immediately and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
