Production Operative - Market Leading Food Factory
Location: HU3
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
Salary: £12.21 per hour + Paid Breaks
Contract: Agency/Casual Work (40 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client's team at a market-leading food factory in a chilled environment based in HU3. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company in the food industry.
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products. The role offers a fantastic work-life balance with Monday to Friday shifts, and a paid break during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Working in a chilled environment to ensure the smooth and safe production of food items
⦁ Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
⦁ Operating production machinery and performing quality checks
⦁ Assisting with the packing and preparation of products for distribution
⦁ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Skills & Experience:
⦁ Previous factory or food production experience is preferred but not essential
⦁ Ability to work in a chilled environment
⦁ Good attention to detail and a positive attitude toward team working
⦁ Strong communication skills and reliability
⦁ Flexible and able to work shifts as per the requirement
