FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for a Quality Engineer for an engineering business based in Newbury. This is a permanent role with salary up to circa £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits.  Experience and knowledge of working with electronic components is preferred but not an essential

Responsibilities:

•    Maintain quality assurance processes

•    Undertake Inspections resolving quality issues

•    Continuous improvement, reviewing processes and procedures

•    Take a lead role for internal audits

Skills and experience required for the Quality Engineer role:

•    Currently working with in a Quality engineering role with knowled of the following ISO Standards ISO 9001:2015

•    Knowledge of AS9120B, AS6081, ISO13485, SC21, ISO17025, AS6171 is a bonus, not an essential

•    AS9120/ISO9001 Internal audit training is required.

•    Knowledge of electronics components is preferred but not essential.
