We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a leading law firm based in their Spalding office. Our client are a multi site firm and have an excellent reputation in their industry. They are looking for a motivated graduate to join the team on a full time, permanant basis.

£24,000-£25,000
Grauate HR Administrator- The Role:
Keeping the HR system up to date with information
Completing all relevant payroll administration
Salary review, probation and performance management paperwork
Conduct tasks relevant to staff absence and sickness
Liaising with managers as necessary
Document staff meetings and keep up to date file notes
Drafting appropriate HR documentation and correspondence
Attend probation review meetings
Monitor and respond to emails in the HR inbox
Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
Work within the GDPR and data protection guidelines
Supporting the director with the recruitment process Graduate HR Administrator- The Candidate:
A HR or business related degree
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Admin experience is beneficial
Excellent communication skills
IT literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work under pressure INDC
