Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Service Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of all site services and facilities. This is a critical role that will ensure the smooth operation of site functions, supporting production efficiency and maintaining a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic improvements, as the site undergoes a major transformation through capital investments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of site services including utilities, infrastructure, waste management, and facilities maintenance.

* Lead a team of site engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

* Oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring all statutory and company standards are met.

* Develop and manage budgets for site services, including cost forecasting and control.

* Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to manage service agreements and performance.

* Drive initiatives related to sustainability and energy efficiency as part of the company’s long-term goals.

* Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in line with planned preventative maintenance schedules.

* Provide leadership in managing site emergencies, ensuring a robust plan is in place.

Key Requirements:
