* Assist with inventory and stock control.

* Ensure food is prepared and served on time.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Team player with good communication skills.
