Assistant Site Manager / No.2 Site Manager to oversee works on a hospital in Hull. This is due to start on Monday 27th January 2025 with a total duration of 1-2 years on days.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

Joinery background is preferred
SMSTS (Essential)
CSCS Card (Essential)
3 Day First Aid (Essential)Duties

Performing site inductions
Assist with coordinating handovers and sign offs
Assist the No1 SM running the project
Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
Ensuring quality standards are achieved.
Communicate effectively with the client, sub-contractors and senior management teamThis is a freelance contract with a competitive rate (£210.00 - £220.00 Per Shift) on offer for the successful candidate.
