A dynamic, leading global Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in London.

They are looking for an individual who brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in leading large-scale construction projects to successful completion.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be actively engaged in large scale, multi-storey Commercial projects ranging in value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage diverse construction projects, with a focus on meeting client requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.
Provide strategic direction and oversight throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.The Senior Construction Project Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional accreditation such as MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a construction project management role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
