Job Title: Junior Business Intelligence Developer
Location: Buntingford, 2 Days On-Site
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Interviews: 2 Stages

Job Overview:
We are seeking a junior BI Developer to join a dynamic team in Hertfordshire. This hybrid role will require the candidate to be on-site two days a week. The ideal candidate will have a background in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Utilise SQL for data extraction and transformation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Create and optimise DAX queries to enhance reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with finance teams to support financial modelling and the analysis of financial statements.
Assist in the design and implementation of BI solutions that support strategic business objectives.
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions accordingly.

Key Requirements:

Experience in SQL, Power BI, DAX
Experience in data modelling, dashboard design and Excel.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a BI or data analysis role.
A background in a corporate environment is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
