Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's office support team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's business, enabling them to provide top-notch service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary preparations are made.
Support the team with various projects, including data entry and document management.
Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in an office support role
