IT Software Asset Management Specialist! ?

Key technology and skills needed:

* Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role

* Experience renewing and purchasing software

* Auditing and billing experience using Azure/Cloud software

* Experience of tracking and managing software assets with an ITSM, e.g. ServiceNow

* Experience liaising and negotiating with vendors and 3rd parties

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Role overview:

* Manage Software Assets: Ensure compliance and optimize the full software asset life cycle.

* Handle Azure Billing: Oversee and review Azure invoicing and subscription processes.

* Enhance Processes: Define and improve Software Asset Management procedures.

* Collaborate with Vendors: Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

* Conduct Audits: Regularly audit licenses and ensure software compliance.
