Welder, Bellshill, £18.50 per hour, Temp to Perm, Overtime at 1.5x (£27.75 per hour)!

Welder required to work for a successful manufacturing facility based in Bellshill. Multiple Welder opportunities are available, with immediate starts preferred, although candidates with notice periods will be considered as well.

What’s On Offer:

Pay: £18.50 per hour, with overtime paid at £27.75 per hour (1.5x rate).
Job Type: Temp to perm, with a permanent position available after 13 weeks.
Shifts: Day and night shifts available to suit your schedule.
Immediate Start: We're ready to get you started as soon as possible, but candidates with a notice period will also be considered.
Responsibilities:

Fabricate and install metal structures.
Work on steel framing, infrastructure, rail projects, and the oil & gas sector.
Requirements:

Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal work, or plating.
Proficiency with MIG & TIG welding processes, particularly in heavy engineering environments.
Fluxcore (FCAW) welding experience is a plus.
