Our client operates a well-established 30-bed dementia care home, committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. They are looking for a compassionate and capable leader who can inspire their team, ensure compliance, and create a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards it.

*

Proven leadership experience in a dementia care setting, whether as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.

*

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices to maintain high standards of care.

*

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

*

A proactive, problem-solving mindset to ensure the smooth running of the home.

*

A hands-on leadership approach—this is not a behind-the-desk role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Registered Care Home Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it remains a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for residents. You’ll lead and support your team, uphold CQC compliance, and continuously strive to enhance the level of care provided.
