Residential Recruitment are currently seeking a registered manager for a residential children's home. This role is to work in a new 2 bed home with a good OFSTED rating company for children and young people with emotional & behavioural difficulties.

A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people you’ve previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team work together to get the best out of the young people in their care.
This company are open to seeking profiles of a Deputy Manager looking to step up, where they’ll happily enrol any successful applicants on a Level 5 – and experienced Regsitered Managers seeking a new environment to join this great team.
* £50,000 - £60,000 annual salary
* Clear progression plans
* Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
* Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent)
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management (required)
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
