Sales Support Administrator
Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their team. If you thrive in an administrative role, are proactive, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role:
Our client provides a energy procurement services, and as a Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the consultants by managing contracts, ensuring data accuracy, and liaising with suppliers. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable with deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively, while ensuring high standards of quality. You’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process and helping the team achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier Requests & Contracts: Submit termination/information requests to suppliers and manage the submission of contracts via various portals and Excel/Word documents.
* Sales Auditing & CRM Updates: Audit sales made by energy consultants and update the CRM system with accurate information.
* Customer Communication: Generate customer correspondence and ensure it is submitted to clients in a timely manner.
* Query Management: Proactively resolve queries to ensure a high percentage of contracts go live, liaising with suppliers and customers when required.
* Sales Administration: Assist with pipeline management, allocating hot transfers to agent pipelines, and providing feedback on sales quality, including voice files, CRM entries, and sales techniques.
* Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain high levels of quality and compliance by cross-referencing voice files with CRM records and ensuring data accuracy.
* Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing queries and assisting with pre-book errors.
* General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various sales admin duties as required, including speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone to resolve issues.

* Technical Competency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
* Effective Communication: Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with both customers and suppliers.
* Problem-Solving: A strong ability to resolve issues, taking ownership and managing projects to resolution.
Previous administrative experience is essential, and while knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
