Working on a joint venture throughout the Southern Water Region as a Senior SHE Advisor / SHE Lead Advisor as a pivotal member of the company's partnership, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the company's operations adhere to the highest health and safety standards.

Your Mission as the Senior SHE Advisor / SHE Lead Advisor

Shape The Company's Future: Provide expert guidance and support to regional management teams, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Drive Safety: Conduct rigorous audits and inspections to identify potential risks and implement effective preventive measures.
Investigate and Improve: Analyse accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Build a Culture of Safety: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and procedures.
Collaborate and Represent: Foster strong relationships with clients, regulators, and external assessors. What You'll Bring to the table as the Senior SHE Advisor / SHE Lead Advisor

Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in health and safety within the water treatment or construction industry.
Leadership Skills: A proven track record in a senior health and safety role.
Deep Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK health and safety legislation and regulations, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
Management Systems: Experience with ISO 45001 or equivalent management systems.
Qualifications: Formal qualification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., NEBOSH Construction Certificate).
