Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 teacher to join a primary school in the Rugby area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for early education who can create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where young children feel supported and inspired to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged and supported

* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure student success

* Use differentiated learning techniques to meet the needs of all students

Required Experience

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching in KS1

* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire young learners

* A commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of every child
