What You'll Do:
- Manage exciting, high-profile projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and innovation.
- Deliver value-driven solutions while navigating procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
- Ensure all work meets top-tier standards in Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and commission management.
- Contract administration, employer's agent duties, and design & specification writing.
- Conduct pre-acquisition and quadrennial surveys on listed buildings.
- Perform PPM, asset condition schedules, and quality monitoring.
- Manage defects diagnosis, dilapidations, and party wall awards.
- Execute measured and bank/fund monitoring surveys.

What You Bring:
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Expertise in specification writing, JCT contracts, and CDM/Health & Safety.
- Strong project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
- Impeccable client-facing skills and technical delivery.
- Previous consultancy experience is a must.
