Are you an immediately available HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking for a new interim contract?
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be managing high volume casework including investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead on ER cases from investigation to completion including complex ER cases
Covering all aspects of ER from sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, performance management, probation reviews and long term absence
Providing clear advise to line managers and coaching through any investigations
Attending hearings where necessary
As an ER specialist you will have proven experience of independently leading on ER cases in a high volume, fast-paced environment with an up to date and in-depth understanding of UK employment law. You will be customer focused and value driven, able to provide an excellent service to employees and managers and create great working relationships.
