Branch Supervisor - Colindale (NW9 0EQ) - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor based in Colindale, you’ll be responsible for:  

Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branch’s day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures

Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable

Supervise and motivate the team to achieve branch goals

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to increase the business at the branch

Warehouse duties which will involve heavy manual work

This is a full-time, permanent, role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 17.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.

Industry or merchant experience is advantageous

Proven experience in supervising a team in a sales and customer service environment

Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic

Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
