Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000

The role of the Key Account Specialist – Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:

* Key Account Specialist position dealing with the design, supply & installation services of fire & security systems

* You will be the main of contact for key account customers, working alongside the account management team to maintain strong relationships with clients

* Perform administrative tasks including actioning job sheets; reviewing, closing them down and sending out the relevant invoices

* Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of the engineering team

* Maintain accurate information and records in the CRM system, Simpro

* Utilise external third part compliance systems such as: Fixflow, Dwellant, Pronett & Service Channel

* This includes reviewing daily to see new jobs raised, updating schedules, responding to messages, uploading jobs sheets.

The ideal applicant will be a Key Account Specialist – Fire Detection & Security Systems with:

* Must have office experience: customer service executive, internal sales, sales support etc.

* Must have experience with fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms & door access

* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

* Stable career background

* Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
