We are currently seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team on a cutting-edge data centre project in Helsinki, Finland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor procurement: Develop tender packages, evaluate tenders, and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure optimal outcomes.
Manage subcontract packages: Oversee multiple subcontract packages, from initial order to final account, including remeasurement and claims management.
Monthly cost reporting: Accurately maintain and submit monthly cost reports, collaborating with the site team to ensure project success.
Stakeholder management: Attend client and subcontractor meetings, negotiate accounts, and handle claims professionally and in a timely manner.
Valuations & claims: Develop and submit external valuations, ensuring client communications are smooth and efficient while keeping internal trackers updated.
Budget management: Work closely with the Project Director to manage the project budget, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
A can-do attitude with a focus on results and collaboration.
Attention to detail and analytical proficiency to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.
Data centre experience is a plus, but not essential.
