Opportunity to work with an established house builder on one of their sites in Chorley, a 6 week contract with potential to extend. This is a full time role, Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm, & Fridays 8am- 3.30pm. 

The successful candidates must be highly experienced in all of the following:-

Flagging, Kerbing, Edging – Working from drawings. Must be able to form and lay to correct levels.
Drainage, Concrete and Flagging.
Setting up and taking down the construction site before and after works.Operating plant machinery to perform excavation or earthmoving tasks.
Respect for Health and Safety regulations and procedures
Understanding of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.The following is desirable-

Valid StreetWorks Training
Valid Confined Space Training
Drainage laying abilityEssential to have relevant experience and hold a valid, in date CSCS card and full clean driving licence. Please provide a CV and copy of CSCS card on application. Candidate will need to have own handtools and safety boots
