Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing costs and contracts for projects, ensuring financial efficiency and contributing to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans.

* Perform comprehensive cost analysis and procurement processes.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.

* Track and control project expenditures and valuations.

* Deliver precise financial reporting and forecasting.

* Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

* Experience in the oil and petrochemical industry is preferred.

* Strong expertise in cost management and contract administration.

* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
