Colchester- Commutable from Tiptree, Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon, Witham and surrounding areas.

Do you have management experience within a wood/ sheet metal/ manufacturing industry? Are you looking to be the go to the technical expert within a niche company, where you will have full autonomy over your own team whilst having the chance to progress your career?

The role will require you to lead and mentor a small team whilst overseeing technical operations within the business and become the go to technical expert.

The position would suit someone from a manufacturing background who has previous Technical management experience and is looking to mould a department and lead them to achieve their goals.
