New Business Property Administrator

Cardiff

Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday 

Salary: £22,000+ depending on experience 

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Cardiff? Join our client’s dynamic team as a Property Administrator - to provide support to their new business team.

Duties

Providing full support to our clients Property New Business Team to ensure smooth operations.
Preparing correspondence using our clients case management system.
Communicating with clients both over the phone and in person.
Administering filing systems, including daily filing and managing client files.
Building and maintaining relationships with new business introducers.
Guiding clients through the initial stages of their property transactions.
Handling mail and preparing dispatches.
Organising scanning and photocopying tasks.
Undertaking any other duties as required. 

The Candidate

Ideally have some administration experience within residential conveyancing, but not essential as long as administration experience is present.
Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches, ID checks and other work on files without dictation.
Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
Have the ability to work under pressure.
Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable.
A desire to progress within the new business department
